Refund Policy for One Asia Golf Event

We understand that circumstances may occur that require you to cancel your booking. Our cancellation and refund policy for the One Asia Golf

Event are as follows:

1. Notice of Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing by email or by post. The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.

2. Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel your booking up until August 30th, 2023.

3. Refund Amount: If you cancel your booking by the deadline of August 30th, 2023, you will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your booking. Please note that the refund excludes any transaction or processing fees incurred.

4. Post-deadline Cancellations: Cancellations made after August 30th, 2023, are not eligible for a refund. This policy reflects the costs we incur when a booking is confirmed and the potential difficulty of filling a spot at short notice.

5. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the day we receive your written cancellation. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment unless agreed otherwise.

Exceptional Circumstances: In case of exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or family bereavement, we will consider refund requests made after the August 30th deadline on a case-by-case basis. Please note that any such requests will require appropriate documentation (e.g., medical certificate).

Please note that this Refund Policy is subject to our general Terms & Conditions. We strongly recommend that attendees consider purchasing travel insurance that covers event ticket costs in case of unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation.
